Terms and Conditions of Our Customization Service

You may request any of our services by contacting us via our contact forms, online quote tool, by phone, or by email with any of our sales representatives; you can find this information in the footer. Our general contact email is: info@textilo.com.

By accepting an offer, quote, invoice, or any other means of placing an order or requesting a service—whether by phone or email—the customer irrevocably agrees to the following terms:

In the event of an error regarding garments purchased from TEXTILO, if applicable under our “ORDER TOLERANCES” policy, TEXTILO will be responsible for both the garment and the embroidery at no additional cost to the customer. Any garments that do not comply with what was mutually established and agreed upon prior to production will be replaced.

To maintain consistency in our customers’ customizations, TEXTILO will always strive to use the colors chosen by the customer in their first order, unless otherwise specified. TEXTILO will create a profile for each customer so that they will not have to worry about finding the color they previously chose again.

TEXTILO is NOT liable for any damage that may occur to garments provided by the customer during the customization process (regardless of the technique used); if there is an error that needs to be corrected (misaligned embroidery, incorrect colors, incorrect size, etc.), the customer must replace said garment, and TEXTILO will be solely and exclusively liable for the customization service performed; that is, in the event of an error committed by an operator, technician, production manager, etc., in accordance with our “ORDER TOLERANCES” policy; TEXTILO will redo the incorrect customization at no additional cost on the new garments provided by the customer; Under no circumstances will TEXTILO be responsible for reimbursing the cost of the garments provided by the customer.

Order Tolerance Policy

We recommend using samples to ensure that the items are suitable for the required customization technique. We maintain strict control over our quality assurance process; however, if you are supplying the items and there are issues with the customization or damage occurs during the customization process, we will not be liable for the cost of the items.

We will do our best to detect any issues as soon as they arise, and our goal will be to minimize the impact on any batch of items; however, some of our machines operate at high automated speeds, and therefore, these issues may not become apparent until the entire customization process is complete. Furthermore, our customization processes involve multiple stages, and it may not be until the final stage that a problem is detected. You are fully responsible for any issues that may arise during the customization process. Samples and test customizations are charged according to previously agreed-upon rates.

TEXTILO considers productions to be ACCEPTABLE if there is up to a 25% defect rate caused by the customization process, a variation of up to 2 cm in print position, and an inclination of up to 5° relative to the reference (Horizontal Axis or Vertical Axis) of each garment. These terms apply to all orders placed both online and offline and through any method of communication (phone, chat, email, etc.) between Textilo and the customer.

During the customization process, items are loaded manually by our staff, who have been carefully trained and have extensive experience; however, it is still not possible to guarantee 100% precision, whether due to the natural variations in the garments themselves or the manual nature of the work performed. These details are considered “normal” within the textile customization industry; our years of experience and global customer base attest to the quality we offer.

Please note that we source blank clothing, garments, and products from wholesale distributors and then customize these items with printing and embroidery for our customers. All colors and sizes shown in our online catalog are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for color variations between screen displays and the actual product colors. Nor can we be held responsible for sizing issues. We do our utmost through our quality control process to address these types of issues. We recommend requesting samples before placing an order to avoid these types of issues.

When placing your order, please keep in mind that the available products are mass-produced in large-scale batches; therefore, the measurements of the garments—even within the same size—may not be exactly the same. Similarly, depending on the customization technique used, the garments may experience slight variations in size.

The agreed-upon delivery times for an order may be affected by force majeure, technical issues with machinery, or delays in the delivery of raw materials or other materials necessary for production. Should any of the aforementioned unforeseen circumstances occur, TEXTILO reserves the right to renegotiate or postpone the agreed-upon delivery date.

Complaints and Incidents Policy

If you wish to report an issue or file a complaint, please follow these steps:

1- Contact us via the Contact Form on our website or reach out to your sales representative.

2- Contact us by phone at 910 054 058; please have your invoice number handy.

In both cases, after speaking with an agent, you must submit and complete your formal request via our contact form, including details such as your name, email address, contact phone number, subject, and the order number or invoice number for the order so that we can review your case and respond as soon as possible. To help us expedite the process, please attach photos of the issue so we can better understand the problem and take the most appropriate action if the claim is approved.

Return Policy

If a customer wishes to return an item or request a replacement (whether they have worn the garments themselves or purchased them from Bordados Para Ti), they have 7 business days from the date of delivery to notify us via email of their dissatisfaction with the order received. The customer must submit this notification solely and exclusively via email within the established timeframe for it to be valid and processed, as there must be written proof of such a request. Once the 7 days have passed, Bordados Para Ti will consider that the customer has withdrawn their request for a return or replacement.

Once their request has been answered, the customer must return the garments that need to be replaced in perfect condition for evaluation (regardless of whether the customer has worn the garments or purchased them from Bordados Para Ti); Under no circumstances will garments be accepted if they have been tampered with by third parties, show signs of having been repaired by the customer, or have undergone any type of alteration.

Once the garments have been received and their condition evaluated, if applicable, TEXTILO will replace said garments within the new timeframe established during the return process. Due to stock issues, the garment may not be immediately available, and you may have to wait until it becomes available. TEXTILO promises that if the garment is available, it will replace it as soon as possible. If the “damaged” garments belong to the customer, then TEXTILO commits to redoing the customization deemed “incorrect” as soon as possible once the new garments are received at the workshop.

Please remember that, as stipulated in our terms of service, TEXTILO is NOT responsible for anything that may happen to garments provided by the customer during the customization process (regardless of the technique used); if there is an error that needs to be corrected (misalignment of the embroidery, wrong colors, wrong size, etc.), the customer must replace said garment, and TEXTILO will be solely and exclusively responsible for the customization service performed, that is, in the event of an error committed by an operator, technician, production manager, etc., in accordance with our “ORDER TOLERANCES” policy, TEXTILO will redo the incorrect customization at no additional cost on the new garments provided by the customer; Under no circumstances will TEXTILO be responsible for reimbursing the cost of the garments provided by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

If the customer wishes to unilaterally cancel or rescind an order in progress, they must notify TEXTILO as soon as possible. If the customer has purchased the garments from TEXTILO, the customer must bear the cost of all garments that have been prepared for production or that have already been customized up to the time the notice is received. All garments that are still in their bags and are accepted by our suppliers may be returned, subject to a “cancellation penalty” surcharge of 10% of the cost price of the garments to be returned, plus shipping costs, just as our suppliers charge us. The cancellation fee and subsequent return of garments from an order in progress will be borne by the customer, as well as the corresponding shipping costs.

If the customer wishes to unilaterally cancel an order in progress, they must notify TEXTILO as soon as possible; if the garments to be customized have been provided by the customer, then TEXTILO will stop processing them and wait to hear what the customer wishes to do with them. The customer has a maximum of 1 month to decide what to do with the garments in question and propose a solution, pickup, or shipping arrangement. Otherwise, once the 1-month period has elapsed and no written communication has been received from the customer, due to storage considerations, TEXTILO reserves the right to donate or give away said garments to local social services without the customer’s prior consent. TEXTILO undertakes to notify the customer by any means possible of this decision.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Once the order is complete, if it is to be shipped to the customer, TEXTILO is not liable if the order is lost in transit. The customer must track the delivery and address any issues that arise directly with the shipping company using the shipping information provided. Furthermore, TEXTILO is not responsible for any failure to properly receive the garments provided by the customer.

TEXTILO offers a customization service in which our customers can provide the garments or products (the items) and send them to us to be customized. By using this service, you agree to send us the items at your own risk. If they are lost in transit, we will not be liable. You must track the shipment and handle any issues that arise.

Payment Terms

In accordance with the company’s security policy, payments are always made in advance: 50% to initiate the order and 50% when the order is ready to ship. In exceptional cases, you may consult with management, who authorizes deferred payment arrangements.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can also pay via bank transfer. Orders will not be processed until payment has been made and approved.

Prices

Prices are subject to change, but we will always notify you of any changes before processing your order. Any price listed on our website may vary if an expedited service is required. This refers to an order that needs to be delivered within a maximum of 5 days. If this is the case, you will be informed of the price before your order is confirmed.

For urgent orders requiring delivery within 5 days, please note that we always do our best to meet the customer’s delivery deadline; however, on rare occasions, factors beyond our control may affect our ability to complete and deliver orders. Stock levels, shipping delays from the wholesaler, and delivery issues are problems that can occur, even though they are factors beyond our control and do not usually happen. In the event that such situations arise, we sometimes have to make decisions on behalf of our customers to ensure that the order’s delivery deadline is met.

This may involve substituting clothing brands, changing sizes, or upgrading the delivery service, which may incur additional charges. We will always try to obtain your approval for these charges, but as you can understand, this is not always possible. When you select an expedited order, you must accept these terms and conditions and keep them in mind in case such situations arise. We ask that you appreciate the effort it will take us to fulfill your order as we work to find a solution to these highly exceptional situations.

If a customer accepts our services, regardless of the method or channel used, it is because they UNDERSTAND and ACCEPT the conditions described on this page. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of the applicable terms and conditions.

We (Bordados Para Ti S.L., TEXTILO, partners, representatives, and affiliates) reserve the right to change any content displayed on our website without prior notice. All prices and photographs shown on the website are for reference only and may be replaced or changed at any time. The final and valid price for all commercial transactions is determined by the sales representative assigned to each customer.

Each order, regardless of the customer, will be subject to a risk assessment, and its payment terms may vary depending on the specific order. Once an order is confirmed and the customer accepts its terms (item descriptions, quantities, payment schedules, payment percentages, delivery times, shipping, etc.), the customer must pay the full amount corresponding to the order within a maximum of 48 business hours after the merchandise has been delivered to or received by the customer; in the case of a bank transfer, the customer must send a copy of the transfer confirmation to "info@bordadosparati.com".

We (Bordados Para Ti S.L., TEXTILO, partners, representatives, and affiliates) reserve the right to accept or decline a customer and to process or decline an order—whether it is in progress, in the initial phase, or at the quotation stage—if we believe the customer will not honor their word or the terms agreed upon when confirming the order. In this case, we reserve the right to issue any type of refund if the conditions accepted by the customer are not met. Furthermore, in the event of non-payment, TEXTILO may at any time report the matter to the authorities, ASNEF, delinquent debtor databases, attorneys, courts, and all parties involved in resolving such non-payment.

If a customer wishes to change their mind (e.g., change a confirmed order, cancel an order, modify the contents of a confirmed order, etc.) regarding an order they have placed once the production process has begun, the customer must pay TEXTILO, at a minimum, the amount corresponding to the costs of the fabric, materials, and labor expended to initiate production of their order up to the time of cancellation.

If the customer wishes to cancel an order in progress for a reason beyond TEXTILO’s control (change of mind, etc.), they must pay the full amount of the order as agreed upon by both parties at the time the order was confirmed. In this case, the net cost of any embroidery that has NOT been completed up to that point may be deducted. The customer is free to do as they see fit with the merchandise purchased for that order (Clarification: “merchandise” refers to all polo shirts, dress shirts, T-shirts, or any other customizable products included in the order, whether customized or not).
