At TEXTILO, we have industrial machines that allow us to embroider a large number of sweatshirts daily. Before embroidering any items, we’ll send you a fabric sample for your prior approval. We have no minimum order for embroidery; the designs hold up very well in the wash, don’t fade, and look very professional.

Screen Printing on Vests: This technique uses a custom mesh screen placed over the vest to be customized, and a different screen is used for each element and color in the design. For this reason, we only accept designs with up to 6 colors. Traditional screen printing is one of our customers’ favorite techniques. This is because it achieves unparalleled design quality while offering excellent value for the price. 

There are some vests that we cannot customize using screen printing due to the silicone treatment applied during manufacturing to make them more water-resistant; these water-repellent and flame-retardant treatments cause the ink to sit on top of the fabric, preventing it from penetrating and adhering properly.
